Phil Bayman is a former RAF fighter pilot with extensive combat experience, who later became an instructor and performance coach for hundreds of the world’s finest fighter pilots, including many from the Red Arrows.
With a degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from Oxford University, Phil applies this scientific mindset to help organisations develop and adapt in-house systems to enhance learning cultures.
In 2006, Phil worked with a premier league football performance coach to introduce a more learner-centric approach to the RAF’s Fighter Pilot training, focusing on accelerating the learning process and reducing training failure-rate.
He specialises in designing and implementing change programmes that embed effective risk management in complex, regulated, and dynamic industry across industry sectors.
